The part that surprises people
There is no entrance fee
Continuing-care retirement communities across the Denver metro typically ask for an entrance fee — often a six-figure sum — before you move in. Some refund part of it later. Some do not.
Morningside has none of that. There is no buy-in, no community fee, no endowment and no membership. You sign a lease, the way you would for any apartment.
